Compared with the traditional vertical cutting, it needs to overcome the self-weight of the movable knife. The cutting efficiency is much higher, the motor load is small, the service life is long, and the noise is small.
3, the cutting surface will not touch the glue, compared to the traditional vertical cutting method has the following advantages:
a. The tool is not easy to corrode and has a long service life.
b. Grinding cycle is long, generally 20mm thicker than 20-45 days sharpening
c. Docking will not touch the glue line, replace the bee hole without moving the presser foot, will not stick the knife, not easy to turn
d. Since the nitrile rubber band is not used, the water permeability of the paper is greatly reduced, and the honeycomb aperture is uniform
4. Due to the use of precision linear guides (P-level accuracy), it is not easy to create gaps, and the tool clearance is easy to adjust. (The traditional vertical cutter gap adjustment has basically no reference)
5, cutting speed: cross-cutting speed, up to 450 kn / min, the traditional vertical cutting maximum speed of 320 kn / min (by servo motor response and mechanical inertia)
6, the equipment is easy to maintain, each joint part uses special bearings, and the automatic refueling machine to regularly refuel to ensure the high degree of mechanical operation
